VIPのお客様は、普段当店からご連絡しているメールアドレスへ返信する形で、カスタムオーダーのお申し込み内容をお知らせください。
メールを受け取り次第、お申し込みを記録し、カスタムオーダーの枠を確保いたします。お申し込みが承認されましたら、当店のオンラインショップよりご注文いただけます。
VIPではないお客様は、まずVIPへのご登録をお申し込みいただいたうえで、カスタムオーダー商品へのお申し込みをお願いいたします。

After reviewing your application, customers whose custom orders are approved will be asked to complete payment on September 22.

Your approved custom-order slot will be reserved until the final payment deadline of September 23.
If payment is not confirmed by September 23, your custom-order slot will be automatically cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
♡ How to Apply for a Custom Order
VIP customers may apply by replying to the email address we normally use to contact you. Please include the details of your custom-order request in your email.
Once we receive your email, we will record your request and reserve a custom-order slot for you. After your application has been approved, you will be able to place your order through our online shop.
Customers who are not currently VIP members are kindly asked to apply for VIP membership first, and then submit their application for the custom-order item.
