カスタムオーダーのお申し込み方法
VIPのお客様は、普段当店からご連絡しているメールアドレスへ返信する形で、カスタムオーダーのお申し込み内容をお知らせください。
メールを受け取り次第、お申し込みを記録し、カスタムオーダーの枠を確保いたします。お申し込みが承認されましたら、当店のオンラインショップよりご注文いただけます。
VIPではないお客様は、まずVIPへのご登録をお申し込みいただいたうえで、カスタムオーダー商品へのお申し込みをお願いいたします。

After reviewing your application, customers whose custom orders are approved will be asked to make payment on September 18.

Approved custom order slots will be held until September 19, which is the final payment deadline.
If payment is not confirmed by September 19, the custom order slot will be automatically cancelled. Please understand.
How to Apply for a Custom Order
VIP customers can apply for a custom order by replying to the email address we use to contact you.
Once we receive your email, we will record your request and reserve a custom-order slot for you. If your application is approved, you will then be able to place your order through our online store.
Non-VIP customers may first apply to become a VIP member and then apply for custom-order items.
