How to Use Our Warehouse
1. If you order my handmade goods, you can enjoy 3 months of free Japan warehousing service.
2. You can use your membership points to offset $5 of the shipping fee for each shipment.
3. You can ship items purchased within Japan to our warehouse. After you decide to ship your items, we will pack them together and ship them to you.
Shipping Fee: $36 1 kg (Japan Post)
4. Items that cannot be shipped: Batteries, liquids. Please contact us before deciding to use our warehouse to confirm whether these types of items can be shipped.
Notes:
1. The free shipping service for orders over $200 only applies to shipping my handmade goods to overseas countries. It does not include shipping fees for items ordered from other merchants. If shipped together, you will need to pay the corresponding shipping fees.
2. If you have not ordered my handmade goods, you cannot use our warehouse for free or use your membership points to offset shipping fees.
3. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.
4. We do not accept large furniture items.
5. We will charge a storage fee after three months. The storage fee can be paid using membership points.
